Take Metro provides real-time metro information, restaurant recommendations, and local attractions near metro stations in various cities.
User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating accounts
• Respect other users and businesses listed on our platform
• Claiming a listing for an entity that you do not own will result in you losing the fee charged to claim the listing, user account deletion, and access to the listing

Metro times and business information are provided as-is. We are not responsible for schedule changes or business closures. Always verify information with official sources.
Take Metro is not affiliated with nor claims to be apart of any Transit authority or Metro Transit entity.
MTA Data Terms and Conditions
For New York City subway information, Take Metro obtains data from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and redistributes it through our servers. The following terms apply to MTA data:
• Not Licensed by MTA: This application is not licensed by MTA. We do not state or imply that our app is licensed by MTA or that data is provided directly from MTA servers.
• Data Source: Data is obtained from MTA servers and stored on our non-MTA servers, from which users access the information.
• Real-Time Information: If there is a lag time of more than 1 minute between the real time of the MTA data and the actual time of the MTA data as accessed from our server, the information provided may not be real-time due to processing delays.
• No Warranty: We do not state or imply that MTA data is accurate, complete, or timely. The data is provided "as is" without any warranty or representation that it is merchantable, accurate, complete, suitable, fit for a particular purpose, compatible, available, reliable, non-infringing, secure, or virus-free.
• Data Usage: We do not modify or delete MTA data. We may use some but not all of the data provided by MTA.
• Your Responsibility: Your access to and receipt of MTA data is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your use of this information.
